The zoo

Daddy had a rare day off work on Sunday and we took Alice to the zoo to celebrate. This was definitely the best trip so far, since Alice could set off in the direction of animals of her choosing. And stay with animals to which she took a particular fancy. And stay. At one point she was so determined to remain near a tortoise that she got her head stuck in between two fence poles.
